i see IMP developers cared about everything!
I'm really IMPressed! :)
But, unfortunately, it will not work for me. 
I looked throu mod_php4 code and discovered the only supported encodings are 
ISO-8859-1, US-ASCII and UTF8. My favorite KOI8-U is not supported yet.
It is so sad. :(
