Warning: File Upload Mime headers garbled - bug 611 or 694?

I have noticed a problem with file attachments after upgrading our server to
imp-2.2.4-1rh6 using only your RPMS on a RH 6.2 machine with both Netscape
4.76 on Windows 98 and MSIE 5.5 on Windows 2000.  Perhaps it has something
to do with your changes to FIX attachment uploading in IE 5.5 and sounds
like it may be bug 611 or 694 but I thought I would throw in my info.
Whenever I try to attach a file I get something like the following:
