[imp] Patch for PHP4.0.4

Jeff,

The patch file appears to be a patch to PHP. You will need to patch the 
PHP source with this file and recompile like you mentioned below. 
Perhaps it would be easier to just use PHP 4.0.6? Not sure if there are 
RPMs for it yet but if you have to recompile the source you should just 
compile 4.0.6 which doesn't need patching.
