No mbox driver...no $HOME/mbox file.

Since we have thousands of people using our installation and not
complaining about this, I really suspect it's pilot error, but the user
insists "it just happens [multiple times]" and "I didn't do it".  My
suggestion was to find another mail reading client...but I figured I
should check to see if anyone else has gotten similar complaints.
