imp 2.3.7-cvs mangling hostname

imp 2.3.7-cvs:

When a visitor comes to my horde installation:
http://www.actionwebserver.com/horde/imp/

They are redirected to https://actionwebserver.com/horde/imp/

This works except it is a different hostname then www.actionwebserver.com so the browser generates an error about the hostname not
matching the name on the certificate.

Also,
        in previous hord versions I could specify the name of the horde and imp directories.  Where do I do this now?  I would like
to change the name of the horde and imp directory to something else.

Is there a way to get around having to place the include statement in php.ini. Unless im missing something doing this requires all
horde installations on a server to use the same configuration and paths.  How do you work around this limitation?
