IMP 2.2.6 (SECURITY) Red Hat 6.x RPMs available

OK, the 2.2.6 RPMs for Red Hat 6.x have been posted to the FTP site.  I've
only tested them with 6.2 and PostgreSQL so far, but I expect them to work
fine with 6.1 and MySQL based on past versions.  I did an upgrade (rpm -U)
from 2.2.4 to 2.2.6 with no hitches.

These RPMs have the imp/lib/db.pgsql fix built in; I'll re-roll the 7.x
RPMs to have the same in the next few days.
