imp preferences questions

I finally managed to make IMP save my preferences, thanks to Jon, and all
the others who helped me.

Im using POP3 server, so obvioulsy, my users cannot have a sent-mail
folder, nor can they select some options in their preferences, like the
option of moving deleted msg to a Trash folder.

my questions is, how can I make those option invisible from the menu.
