[imp] Wordwrap in 2.2.x again

Usually not, if all of the senders use wrapping mailers. However, I guess I'm 
not the only one to have a lot of problems with this. My suggestion would be to 
make wrapping optional if not default. I can provide with the patch for the 
variable in config file (however, would not bother adding a checkbox in prefs 
form).
