[imp] 0 Byte Attachment

/tmp is not full.  Only one thing changed and that was the installation of
a backup program that shuts down the MySQL database once a week.  I
wouldn't think that this would cause a problem like this.  By the way, I
just tried it again and I thought I would include some more details.

When I added the attachment IMP displayed a size of 46kb.  I then checked
/tmp and found the file 'impattQgjN4P' which is 46592 bytes.  I then sent
the message and here is the source:
