Problem with poppassd

Hi,

I'm trying to get poppassd working correctly on my RedHat 6.2. Got it
compiled, copied it to /usr/local/bin, added "poppassd stream tcp
nowait root /usr/local/bin/poppassd poppassd" to /etc/inetd.conf,
restarted inetd, and added "poppassd  106/tcp" to /etc/services.

When I try to change a password I get an error message:

Password Server: 111(Connection refused)

Any ideas?
