[imp] imp 2.3

I can see now that I have been confusing horde and imp. That probably
happened because of the link from the web pages which says IMP2.3, but
ends up in the horde directory. I mistakenly understood this tarball to
contain both horde and IMP.

Now for the new download I have just done:

The instructions still refer to the setup.php3, install.sh and secure.sh
scripts. Does this mean that I should skip the setup method and do a
manual setup? (I'm quite sure that I now have IMP2.3.6 downloaded).
