[imp] sql table weirdness / pref_uid confusion

Actually... that doesn't seem to do it.

If I log into IMP directly, no entry gets made in the SQL table.

My session went something like this...
- log into imp directly (no table entry)
- go to options, set my default language to something other than english
  (still, no table entry)
- go to options, choose "address book" 
- get forced to log in to horde
- and set up a local SQL address book
- get force to log in to IMP again
- check options
 - language isn't set to what i left it at
 - new changes seem to be in the table
