[imp] refresh option problems cvs-08/23

The only issue I noticed seems to be a bug in IE. If you click on Compose or 
any other link that calls a javascript, IE stops immediately the refreshing.
This happened perhaps because when send a message to yourself you probably use 
the Compose link.
