Parse error in help.php3

Greetings,

I'm running IMP 2.2.6 with Horde 1.2.6 on a Debian 2.2r3 server here at
work (mail.wassoc.com) and when you click on the question marks after the
login and password fields, you get a popup window which says:

Parse error: parse error in /usr/share/horde/help.php3 on line 33

I looked at this file to see if there was anything obvious on line 33, but
I'm not a php programmer so it doesn't mean anything to me.
