Hi
You have to get the lates CVS version of pear.
But you don't have to build anything. PEAR is "just" a set of php classes.
You just get pear from CVS and copy it into your exsisting pear directory.

Subject: Call to undefined function: quote()
I pulled the cvs version earlier tonight and am getting this:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: quote() in
/opt/mail-dev/horde/lib/Prefs/sql.php on line 147
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: quote() in
/home/httpd/mail-dev/horde/lib/Prefs/sql.php on line 236
I didn't see anything in the email archive, so figured I'd pass it along, and
see if it was something simple.
Is there anyway right now with 2.3 cvs to change a password?
Dan

Are you sure? The mail archive is full of this question. Update your pear to
the latest from cvs or install php 4.0.7

Subject: moving/deleting option
"When deleting messages, move them to your Trash folder instead of marking them
as deleted."
When you move a message it marks it as deleted. I think there should be an
optionn to completely remove it from the original folder when moving messages.
This falls more into line with the above option. (IMHO)

I suppose you could add an option to choose whether you want to expunge all
deleted messages when you close a given folder, like the inverse of pine's
expunge-only-manually and expunge-without-confirm. The warning in
imp/config/conf.php for 'expunge_on_move' about unexpected results is pertinent,
though. The problem is that c-client will expunge all deleted messages, not
just the one you just deleted.
Similarly, I've always thought a delete and expunge on the 'drafts' folder would
be good when opening a postponed message. I suppose this would only work if you
have a separate folder for drafts (i.e., 'allow_resume_all' is false).
