I'm currently working on an IMP addon for sieve filters.  (sieve-php)  The
library (backend) has had a very good overhaul since getting back into things
since changing jobs.  

I imagine having an extra variable into the servers.php field which asks for the
sieve port and if present, will automatically include on the filters screen (or
in replace of) the sieve filters page.
