SSL Error while using imp 2.2.6 "Downloading Unsecure Data"

My users are telling me that they are having a problem with an error while
using IMP.  I've personally not had it, so I can't say exactly what it is,
but every report includes information on downloading unsecure data and
gives a yes or no option.  I've IMP / Horde installed into the SSL root,
and from grepping the files, I don't see a call to a http server that
would be giving unsecure data errors.

Has anyone else had this same error, and if so, how did you fix it?
