[imp] Slowness with big mailboxes

I have been having the same problems with my IMP setup, even on the
smallest mailboxes.  I finally added the mail server's IP to my internal
IP list and it runs 10x faster.  I'm guessing this is not the problem
that you guys are experiencing, but I just wanted to put my ten cents
into the discussion.
