IMP 2.2.6 and $default->folders

Okay,

I tried to change the $default->folders entry in defaults.php3 of my IMP 2.2.6
dist to $default->folder = 'mail/' for better folder management than
"$default->folders = ''". What happens, I can't see my other folders in the
~/mail/ directory. But with the CVS version IMP, I can susccessfully retrieve
those folders in ~/mail/?

FYI, I tried with ~/mail/, ~/mail also, dosn't work!

Any suggestion?

I found the culprit: it was $default->use_imap_subscribe. I changed it to false,
everything turned to 'just fine' :)
