Both sound fine, though the flagging stuff should cover all flags, and might
be tricky UI-wise. Patches?

Subject: OPTIONS menu item missing?


Hi,

Strange: in one of my IMP server I can see the options menu, but I just now
install IMP in another machine, I cannot see the options menu for any user!

What could be the problem? Is there way to disable/enable the options menu for
users?
