Folders and some issues

Hi Horde Guys,

It would be great if we could we just two features with the IMP:

1. Move | Copy to New Folder in the mailbox page.

2. An Empty Trash Button beside the Trash folder in the Folders page.

Jon, Chuck: is it too much to ask for? :)
