problems with CVS

Is the CVS server not functioning properly?

[bmeshier@meshier docs]$ cvs -d

cvs [checkout aborted]: reading CVS/Tag: Not a directory

It was working fine yesterday..

Also, IMP 2.3 seg faults apache on redirect.php  I've seen other people have
the same problem on the mailing lists.  Any solutions yet?
