[imp] compose page problems, lacking sent-mail folder

This one is fixed in cvs now.

There still is one problem and I don't know how it was handled before I moved 
the sent-mail preference to the identities: If you compose a message without 
having the sent-mail folder created, the compose windows provides an emtpy drop 
down field for the sent-mail folder. Though if you select to save a copy a sent-
mail folder is created.

It would be nice to have the standard sent-mail folder as given in prefs.php in 
this list if you don't have it physically created before. But this list is 
generated from the actual list of folders in the users mailbox.
