I'm not sure if it makes sense to include instructions for dependencies of 
dependencies of horde. That would lead us in the end to include instructions 
where to get an os distribution from.

The cvs access is restricted. I think there's a hint on the homepage how to get 
a full cvs account.
But patches are always appreciated.
