I am disappointed, I would help if I had the knowledge. And I don't have the
time to devote to learn it, my nights are already filled. I will do without
it until someone else can't.

The pear might have been the part of the cause of the problem. The other
part was misconfiguration of 'prefs' array. With some info from the
discussion list, I was able to generate the proper array.

Thank you, I resolved this by going back to the horde.php.dist, and
reconfiguring that. I don't know what I screwed up, but it just wasn't worth
the troubleshooting effort from my perspective.
