[imp] CVS update @ 00:05ish EDT breaks IMP

There is something broken actually, I have not found where it is yet.

Here's a workaround to use horde/imp at all so far:
Disable horde authentication by imp in registry.php. Enable horde 
authentication by imap.
You have to login twice but it seems to work until it's fixed.
