[imp] CVS update @ 00:05ish EDT breaks IMP

It not so easy to fix this if your not that deep into the new framework 
architecture.

Chuck, this is what I found out so far:
redirect.php calls IMP::createSession before Auth::setAuth but createSession 
depends on $prefs which is only loaded if you're already authenticated, 
otherwise $registry->loadPrefs returns without setting the prefs.
