[imp] Recompiled PHP, not reflecting new build

Yup I figured this out a 2am this morning. I'm still muddling with this and
now everything's all screwed up for the moment.

In order to recompile PHP for Apache I needed the souce to Apache. I got
that installed and decided to upgrade Apache in the process. :P Guess
what's now not working? :)

Anyway.. I'll manage through it. Currently I'm having trouble getting
Apache compiled with DSO support so I can use some of the other 3rd party
DSOs my site needs.

I'm not running a RedHat distribution but I don't think it uses a cgi-bin
version of php by default. And you seem to have one.

You have to compile php as a dynamic apache module to make horde work.
Call ./configure --help in the php directory to get all the possible
options.
