[imp] Imp Speed Help

This is probably not an IMP issue.  UW stores all mail in one file.  Courier
stores them in one file a piece.  It is much faster to head the contents of
a large dir than to grep all it's contents.  UW is probably the bottleneck.
Check an IMAP list for more details.

Also, try enabling DB support, we had issues with shared memory and IMP
2.2.4 that went away with Postgres DB support.  That gave us a performance
increase.
