IMP/HORDE Latest Snapshot!

I just downloaded the latest snapshot via CVS and when I try to go to
http://www.whatyoulookingat.net/horde/imp, 

it redirects me to
http://www.whatyoulookingat.net/horde/login.php?url=%2Fhorde%2Fimp%2Find
ex.php, 

giving me a horde login screen and I can't figure out why it is doing
this, any ideas?
