Because if one _is_ configured (a known MIME type), the browser
will not always obey Content-Disposition, and will spawn the application
instead of showing a save dialog.

Chuck knows the ins-and-outs of the Content-Disposition quirks.

Not really... just read through a bunch of the source, and the patterns should 
be pretty obvious.

A single script isn't how this is going to be implemented. I'm going to add 
some sort of password changing API/UI to the Horde framework; how everything 
hooks into that is yet to be determined.
