The viewers accept raw data  of a certain MIME type, and convert it
to another MIME type.  Right now, they all convert to text/html, but
they should definitely not include any specific Horde style templates.

Those should be provided by the calling page, which wraps the output
MIME type in whatever is appropriate.  In the future, I'd hope to see
Postscript output drivers, which would make for nicer printouts,
for example.
