[imp] IMP translation in Chinese

Yes, it's the Simplified Chinese which uses more oftenly in China mainland 
than Traditional Chinese.
I think add it into your distribution is a good idea, for at least 1.2 
billion person are using Simplified Chinese and more and more Chinese 
people are using Linux as their server.  So it should do great help to 
increase the Horde and IMP's using percent in China mainland.

Okay - 2.2 isn't really maintained anymore, but we'll see about adding it in 
case there are any more releases. If you could take a look at the zh_CN 
translations in Horde 1.3 and IMP 2.3, and maybe provide one for more Horde 
apps, that's be great!
