[imp] problem on installing csv version

hi
i have update  the line in my php.ini file
include_path=.:/usr/local/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php/PEAR:/
to give the path of my PEAR path ( it is the pear version from horde.org ).

i now got no errors put i cant get loged in horde. i give the good username
and passwd.
it act as if my passwd was not the good one. I still stay to the
username/passwd page.
It seems that horde can t connect to my database :/
what could i do ?
