No. Horde 2.0 and IMP 3.0 are the forthcoming stable release. This why the
version numbers from the development tree that you seem to use became 3.0
and 4.0.
If you want to head for the code that becomes the stable one you should use
the cvs code tagged as RELENG_2 and RELENG_3. If you still want to use the
latest development code that not only contains bugfixes and little
improvement but also the latest and greatest features you can still stay
with the head cvs tree.
Btw, there's also a stable Turba release coming, the version/release
numbers are 1.0, 2.0 and RELENG_1.
