SV: [imp] Which gcc/glibc to use?

I've compiled PHP on Redhat 7.1 and 7.2, both before and after
patching. The versions I've used to compile php are;
RedHat 7.1
gcc 2.96-81 (before patch)
gcc 2.96-85 (after patch)
glibc 2.2.2-10 (before patch)
glibc 2.2.4-19 (after patch)
RedHat 7.2
gcc 2.96-98
glibc 2.2.4-13 (before patch)
glibc 2.2.4-19 (after patch)
