[imp] SSL support?

can you access the web server at all? do you see the requests coming in in the 
web server's access logs? should check logs/access_log and logs/ssl_request_log.

this seems to be beyond the interests of the IMP mailing list. if there aren't 
any clues in apache's logs, email me direct.
