[imp] SSL support?

Joe,

Well, I did do a build earlier of php/mod_ssl and apache. I did not get it 
to work with IMP, but then, I did not try to hard. Having a proxy between 
me and the web server makes it difficult to figure out what is going on 
when things are not working.
