[imp] Performance of IMP/host machine?

Harry, I'm running:
Apache 1.3.20
Horde 126
IMP 226
Php 405 (compiled with UW-IMAP2001, plus others)
Netscape Enterprise Imap server 3.5

And it takes about 9-12seconds to open my inbox with 256messages 2meg large. Approx how long does it take to open a large inbox with your setup?
