Can log in at imp but am logged out when reading a mail

Hello,

i have installed horde/imp, mysql and imap (cyrus) on seperate machines 
(all actual versions as found on the servers last saturday) and can log in 
to the webmailer, the mails are listed but when i try to read a mail imp 
loggs me out immediately.

Why? :-)

What i checked:
- I've read the FAQ
- I've checked with google if someone else solved this already
- I can connect to the imap-server with telnet, check and read the mail in 
the mailbox (even from www-host).
- imp and horde-checks are all green.
- mysql accepts my username and password from www-server, i can select, 
read, and drop data with mysql -p command.
- machines are time-synced with ntpdate.
- Everything is running on SuSE-linux with kernel 2.4.10, mysql and cyrus 
have been installed from the RPM, imp and horde from the source-tarballs.

Any help via e-mail would be appreciated,
a test-account can be created if that helps.
