Allowing multiple character sets

Got a minor issue with character sets.

When one of my clients sends me a message, his mail client (Notes) uses
the following headers:

Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-15; format=flowed

..IE, they are using ISO-8859-15 instead of ISO-8859-1. The message is
displayed as an attachment under IMP, instead of just displaying it on the
screen.

Is there any easy way to get IMP to display both ISO-8859-1 and
ISO-8859-15?

According to http://czyborra.com/charsets/iso8859.html, -15 is a new
version of -1, so it really should be acceptable..
