The problem is that the charset that is used to display the IMP pages is 
different from the one that's used in the message. I agree that sometimes 
is doesn't make much difference because a lot of charsets are quite 
similar. But unless we won't use Unicode for displaying the pages there 
will always be a chance that some characters in the message are not 
displayed correctly.
