"Undisclosed Recipients" with latest PHP (4.0.6)

In the list archives, I noticed that some folks have had problems with
items in a user's sent box being sent To: Undisclosed Recipients

apparently did so using PHP 4.0.5.

I've noticed this problem with 4.0.6 and since this is the latest PHP
release, I'm wondering if I need to grab s snapshot of something newer, or
perhaps there is a patch out there...

Any ideas?


This is PHP 4.0.6 release, with Horde 2.3 + IMP out of CVS a month ago...
