What issues are you currently having ?

For me I could have the login successful
but every time I click on a link :Warning: Undefined offset: 0 in
/home/.../imp/mailbox.php3 on line 379

No. They are completely incompatible; Horde 2 (1.3.2 is old, you shouldn't be 
using it at this point) is a competely different beast than Horde 1.2 was, 
which is what you need for IMP 2.2.
