[imp] Does horde-1.3.2 work with imp-2.2.7 at all?

Right now I'm getting:

Fatal error: Failed opening required '/locale/en/login.lang' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php') in
/opt/local/www-mail/horde-1.3.2/login.php on line 24

I think I've had enough of it for the moment.
