[imp] Selection indecies in main menu off by one

Got it!  Disabling cookies breaks it.  If I enable cookies (which is
how I have IE set by default), it works, even in Mozilla.  If I
disable the cookies in either browser it breaks.  I can't use cookies
personally because I keep myself logged in to two horde accounts at
the same time; the session cookies overlap, so I can't do that with
cookies enabled.
