[imp] Selection indecies in main menu off by one

You know, when I read this, I had an "oh, of course, I know what this is" ... 
but it wasn't. I turned off cookies in Mozilla and it still works fine for me.

Btw, with latest cvs of Horde, the session cookies won't overlap.
