[imp] IMP RC3 has outdated INSTALL doc - FreeBSD anyone????

A sql script to create the necessary database is in 
horde/scripts/db/prefs.sql. An example how to set up the preferences 
backend is found in horde/config/horde.php.

make sure to look at imp/config/prefs.php and not imp/prefs.php.
