[imp] Serious Bug In Imp 3.0 RC3?

Seems like it's a 4.0.6, 4.1.0 issue. I tried downgrading to 4.0.4...
and I ran some other php session based software, and it seemed to work
(not 100% positive though). The other software had the same non-response
issue after multiple sessions are opened under 4.0.6,4.1.0.

I would have tested IMP on 4.0.4 but I couldn't get it to work because
of the use of numerous new items such as quote() and parent:: syntax.

If anyone out there is successfully running IMP RC3 on php 4.0.6/4.1.0
with apache 1.3.22 on linux (im using debian 2.2r3) please let me know.
I'd love to compare compilation flags etc.

Im going to try to give the latest php snapshot a try, but Im not too
optimistic. Im totally dumb founded on how I could be the only one
having this problem (ive tried recompiling php and apache with every
flag combination imaginable) to no luck.

No reason for this to be private and therefore not in the archives for
others.

Quoting Lee Hoffman <lee@terabolic.com>:

So, it's something in PHP's session code, somehow. Still not much to go
on,
unless someone else can reproduce this and provide any more information.

That's an indication of a _very_ broken PHP. You sure that your apxs
build is
good?
