IMP cookbook?

I had been running IMP 2.3.?-cvs for a long time with great success.
However, I upgraded my php to 4.1.0 and imp broke.  So, I took the plunge
and downloaded horde-2.0RC3 and imp-3.0RC3.

I have been working on getting them installed all night without any luck.
When I goto my website, I see the username/password dialog box, but no
server selection.

I enter my username/pass, but it just brings me back to the same place.  I
am sure there is a config I need to change in horde or imp, but I haven't
been able to figure it out.  The /horde/test.php page returns information
that looks like everything is OK.

So, is there a cookbook on what I need to do to get this setup and going?
Or, does anyone have any suggestions on where to begin troubleshooting
this?
